The opportunity

We are looking for an Associate who has 5/6years PQE to join the team. You would work within the Commercial Development area which encompasses complex and challenging high-end development work, and gives an opportunity to work some of the most innovative and exciting development projects in the UK.  This is an ideal opportunity to work across a number of complimentary areas and not just Legal service brands, which is at the heart of the Ampa group. You would be working with some of our regional and London clients, and you would have the opportunity to help grow this already fast-paced and forward-thinking team. Some of the developments you will work on are the largest of their kind and operate at the forefront of their sectors.

You will work as part of successful and dynamic team which is headed up by Pete Dilks. The team are a market leading real estate development team focusing on more traditional development projects such as lettings, investments and forward-funding of industrial and logistics schemes through to innovative solutions to renewable energy and flexible energy generation.
