The role:

This role supports the delivery of business-wide internal communications to ensure messages across the firm are consistent, timely and engaging. The role holder will manage internal communications channels to help maintain the flow of internal messaging, feedback and insights, to inform future internal communications and decision-making and ensure continuous improvement.

Your key duties will be:

  • Creating clear and concise content for digital channels – including email, employee engagement app and website
  • Creating and managing content for internal engagement platforms across specific brands within the Ampa group as well as at a group level
  • Editing and deploying videos for a diverse internal audience
  • Creating and deploying emails using a CRM
  • Creation of reports using relevant analytics, applying insights to inform future communications
  • Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of internal events, including virtual and in-person ‘town halls’
  • Supporting ongoing projects, product launches and change management initiatives

Skills and experience you will have:

  • Demonstrable previous experience in a digital or internal communications role
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Premiere Pro, InDesign and/or Photoshop is highly desirable
  • Proven ability in planning, organising, project management and delivery of work
  • Ability to prioritise multiple work-streams and meet key deadlines
  • An understanding of the role of internal communications within an organisation
  • The ability to inspire and motivate others, and engage their commitment

  • The ability to learn to use online platforms and systems quickly
