The opportunity

We have two brand new roles for experienced project managers to come and join us on our ambitious journey of growth and acquisition. This is an exciting time to join us as we integrate current M&A projects with more planned as we continue our expansion.   • 1 x pre-completion project management
  • 1 x post-deal completion (integration) project management

If you can start immediately we’re also open to hiring on an immediate interim basis or Temp to Perm.

  • Using exceptional project management capability to play the lynch pin role and be the person who tenaciously pulls everything together and makes things happen from the point where Heads of Terms are agreed.
  • Reporting to Karen Walker (Chief Transformation Officer) you will project manage merger and acquisition activity.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for all stakeholders internally and externally, responsible for planning, coordinating, updating, chasing, resolving and updating on all matters relating to M&A projects.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK but it will require flexibility to travel to various offices for meetings.

What you’ll need:

  • Exceptional project management capability with a proven track record of delivery with a focus on M&A activity
  • Previous experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders across complex organisational structures
  •  7+ years’ experience managing projects at PM level
  • An agile methodology / mind-set
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment would be preferable, but not essential
  •  Advanced communications and presentations skills
  •  Adept at identifying interdependencies and skilled in how to manage successfully as part of project management
  • Tenacious and driven, can navigate complex scenarios to achieve results
  • Commercially astute with solid judgement and strong decision making skills
  • Highly collaborative, able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally
