The role:

We are looking for Trainee Conveyancing Executives to join our Solihull based Plot Sales Team, part of our firms wider Residential Development Super Team. You will work closely with the wider team of Conveyancing Executives dealing with plot sales in a busy and fast moving environment for national PLC developers.

You will be acting for house builders of new build homes, working on caseloads from reservation to completion, supporting on all aspects of the conveyancing sales and purchase process including Help to Buy and Part Exchange transactions.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous Legal Assistant/Paralegal level experience and a desire to take a step-up in your career
  • An understanding of the conveyancing process end-to-end in the residential and/or building sector.
  • Experience in dealing with plot sales is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • An ability to cope with a demanding workload and manage constantly changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Drive and commitment with a team player approach

Our plot sales team deals with the end to end conveyancing  process for plot sales including site set ups, part exchanges, answering enquiries and dealing with deeds of variation for some of the UK’s biggest house builders

Our multi-disciplinary Real Estate group is highly regarded by our clients and within the sector. It comprises not only lawyers but town and country planners, RICS surveyors, property managers and sector focused financial advisers. We’ve brought experts into our services in planning, development, investment, landlord and tenant matters, construction and litigation with a particular emphasis on energy, retail, housing, education, finance and investment funds.
