The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team on a fixed term contract basis. We are growing fast and we are currently going through a period of exciting transformation that will revolutionise how we deliver our services for the business. If you have strong database and IT skills and enjoy supporting others with your fantastic administrative and organisational ability then this could be for you. The role:

Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team which will include the following:

  • data cleanse of the recruitment portal in line with GDPR regulations
  • assisting with promotion of vacancies across a range of channels
  • assisting with creation of job posts and other engaging content on social media
  • conducting research and producing talent maps
  • liaising with our central team to coordinate the smooth booking of interviews and where appropriate booking other non-standard interviews
  • involvement in managing invoice processing for the team
  • responding to routine enquiries and requests from a wide range of individuals including applicants, agencies and employees

What you will need:

  • previous administrative experience working with databases and spreadsheets
  • excellent organisational skills, can work at pace with changing priorities and always with a high attention to detail
  • excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and good knowledge of social media platforms
  • drive, enthusiasm and to be a true team player
