The role

You will be working in our events team, striving to deliver first class virtual and in-person events across our portfolio of brands and continue to offer a great client experience. 

Key duties will include:

  • Supporting with the delivery of client and referrer in-person events, from pre-event planning, on the day management, through to post-event follow up in accordance with the firm’s events processes, ensuring they are on budget and that all risk and compliance guidelines are followed
  • Setting up and running of off-site events including early mornings, late evenings and some overnight stays at different locations across the UK
  • Working closely with the team on the production of large scale internal conferences
  • Producing digital events, including live and pre-recorded webinars and podcasts, and video editing using Premier Pro
  • Creating and maintaining event campaigns using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) including data management, customer journeys, reporting etc
  • Creating digital mailers using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Liaising with designers to produce and edit creative designs for event invitations and materials using  Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Researching new and creative ideas to help transform how we produce our events and give our clients the best experience, including new topics, venues, suppliers, caterers, AV contractors, entertainers, speakers etc
  • Managing the Events email inbox and responding to enquiries

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Willingness to travel to different offices across the UK
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience of with in-person and virtual event production
  • Familiarity with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc
  • Knowledge of or experience using a CRM system or other data management software
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud or other creative design software
  • Familiar with Premier Pro or other video editing software
