The role:
We're looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join our Birmingham Plot Sales Team, part of our firms wider Residential Development Super Team. You will work closely with the Senior Conveyancing Executive dealing with plot sales in a busy and fast moving environment for national PLC developers.
You will be acting for house builders of new build homes, running your own caseload from reservation to completion, handling all aspects of the conveyancing sales and purchase process including Help to Buy and Part Exchange transactions.
What you’ll need:
- 12 months previous experience in a similar role, managing your own caseload
- Comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing process end-to-end in the residential and/or building sector.
- Experience in dealing with plot sales is essential; part exchange buy-ins and re-sales is desirable
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- An ability to cope with a demanding workload and manage constantly changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Drive and commitment with a team player approach

Our Team:
Our plot sales team deals with the end to end conveyancing process for plot sales including site set ups, part exchanges, answering enquiries and dealing with deeds of variation for clients some of the UK’s biggest house builders
Our Residential Development Team is highly regarded by our clients and within the sector. It comprises not only lawyers but town and country planners, RICS surveyors, property managers and sector focused financial advisers. We’ve brought experts into our services in planning, development, investment, landlord and tenant matters, construction and litigation with a particular emphasis on energy, retail, housing, education, finance and investment funds.
