The role:

To work as part of the Managed Central Services team, to provide a high quality and efficient full range of administration services to the firm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of appointment bookings with both internal and external parties
  • Diary management for individuals throughout the business
  • Transferring of data to and from removable media, cloud based solutions, document and case management systems as required.
  • Liaising with clients to manage deadlines and any subsequent queries related to tasks the team carry out  
  • Assisting HR and IT with employee on boarding processes
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders in line with set processes
  • Tracking supplier invoices for approval and checking these against purchase orders
  • Assisting the teams across the business with ad-hoc administration tasks as required
  • Supporting with Client Matter Inception tasks, across the business units
  • Support with client Billing tasks and related admin to support business units

Skills and experience you will have:

  • Experience of working in a similar role within professional services
  • Excellent IT skills with advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and PDF software.
  • First rate written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, whist remaining calm and professional
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi task
