The opportunity

Our team has grown from strength to strength and we are looking for an ambitious individual to join us at paralegal level. There may be opportunity to study towards CILEX/SQE as part of your ongoing development.

Your key duties will be:

  • Providing paralegal support to the commercial property team, with exposure to general commercial property.
  • liaising with clients, and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
  • being responsible for and conducting all aspects of transactions
  • drafting and producing forms and transactional documentation
  • completing transactions to a high standard

You will have:

  • a minimum of 12 months’ previous experience in a paralegal / fee earner role dealing with commercial property work
  • experience within a  commercial property team and ideally with experience of leasehold enfranchisement work, but not essential
  • experience of using case management systems
  • experience of land registration
  • experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams

Our Commercial Property team are one of the fastest growing real estate practices, having more than doubled income and significantly strengthened the team over the last two and half years. With the support of Planning and Construction, we have one of the best integrated teams. We act for local and national developers, pension funds and venture capitalists as well as foreign investors on projects throughout the UK.

Part of our Infrastructure and Specialist Markets business group which comprises Residential Development, Commercial Property & Development and Building Communities supported by Social Housing, Town Planners, Energy, Education and Infrastructure project specialists.
