The role:

This is an exciting new role as part of the growth of our group.

The Workplace Team Leader will be responsible for leading the Workplace and Document Services functions ensuring an appropriate level of professional service which includes providing a safe, comfortable and operational working environment for our people, visitors and clients.

You will be working alongside the Regional Workplace Manager (South) in translating strategic plans into successful operational outcomes, making the workplace a great place to be, putting our people at the center to deliver the best processes in the right place at the right time.

Your key duties will include:

  • Communication with building users, seeking opportunities to develop and promote the Groups contribution to the overall business success
  • Establish and maintain good occupant relationships and communications
  • Monitor, maintain and review Service Level agreements and manage the ongoing development and continuous improvement of service provision
  • Manage the location OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including monthly monitoring and quarterly forecasting
  • Responsible for the running of the post room, reception, switchboard, meeting/video conferencing facilities catering, vending, security and cleaning services across international locations
  • Responsible for the overall management, performance, motivation, team building, career and personal development of all direct reports

What you will bring to the role:

  • A good level of workplace management experience relating to a commercial building operation including demonstrable experience of statutory rules and compliance requirements
  • Strong experience of delivering projects and change
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to matters
  • Working knowledge of ESG related topics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Demonstrable experience of applying tools and techniques to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO27001 and BS10008
